We were supposed to work together on a marketing campaign, for which my company was hired, and they disappeared and stopped responding to emails after the work had been delivered. Highly unprofessional and incredibly disrespectful of our time. Unfortunately the bill was not enough to take legal action. This company does not show an ounce of integrity in their dealings.
Customer service doesn't exist and I'm not sure if the company is even legit. Paid $95 for a pair of pants and never received an email confirmation. Emailed them a week after the order to get an update. I received an initial response saying that they had the order and it would be shipping in a day or so. I requested an order confirmation at that time. Another week gone by with multiple unanswered emails and no delivery. They won't be around long. Maybe they're already gone.

I was hoping that my experience with BirdDogs would be different than those who shared their experience on this site or the stories shared in the 150+ Better Business Bureau complaints lodged against this company.
I order shorts on June 6th and was pleasantly surprised when I receive a shipment notification the following morning. Oddly, though, DHL did not recognize the tracking number provided. 4 days later, tracking updated saying that the item was "in transit" to the DHL warehouse. After that update, nothing ever changed.
A week after placing the order, I contacted BirdDogs, who claimed that a DHL glitch impacted a small portion of their orders - but assured me that, after talking to "DHL and their warehouse team", that the item was in transit. No attempt was made to resolve the issue...they just blamed DHL and the "nuance of doing business during COVID". Yes, they continue to blame COVID 18 months into the pandemic.
Four days later, I reached out again...as I have no product and tracking shows the same message it did 8 days earlier. To no surprise (based on the stories here), I did not receive a response to my emails or web chats.
Sadly, I've had to resolve my issues via PayPal and the BBB, rather than with a responsive customer service team.
Pants came with the button missing. Reached out to customer service and they told me I needed to basically deal with it myself. Return process was a joke. Wouldn't get a replacement for over a week or two. Pants are okay. Customer service is terrible. Hope you don't have anything go wrong.
Shorted half my order, blamed on USPS / DHL. The box was not tampered with. But through conversation they are 100% confident the items were stolen in transit and asked me to file a theft report. Give me a break nobody is stealing shorts in transit! LOL. They don't even have a detailed packing slip included with the sale. I had to spend 10 minutes looking up photos online to tell what I did receive and what was missing. I told them that was ridiculous and wanted a refund. I will return or donate the items I did receive to goodwill unused as I can't support a company that believes it ok to pass their mistakes onto others. Further with a staff prone to making up excuses, and managers eager to listen.
I own several pairs of BD pants and shorts, and the reason is simple. Because they're so comfortable! Confusing pockets?!?! LOL get out of here. They keep you wallet off to the side and the inside liner is amazing. Got a pair and didn't like color, no problem they immediately shipped a different pair out for me. I'll continue to keep picking new pairs as they come out. WORTH IT!!!
Ordered a pair of 7" shorts from them. Pretty disappointed overall with the construction. They fit more like 5" shorts and don't have enough leeway around the seat. Movements like deep squats can result in some pinching. The cords along the inner waistband may as well be non-existent because they're so short. The pocket room is also very awkward to use. Expected much more for a pair of shorts at that price.
Ordered zero dark 30. Waited for 2 months, continued to get "witty" email updates about the status. Shorts never arrived. This company is trash and not worth anyone's time or money.
Cheaply made product that had zippers break after wearing them 6-7 times. After the 90 return window by two weeks, and they offer no help. Just too bad. Obviously bad product, but worse customer service. Buy pants somewhere they make quality product and appreciate the customer.
You get no real contact with their service "people" and you will not necessarily end up with the product you ordered. When you try to correct it, they send you a link that doesn't work, which of course is your fault. I now have a very expensive pair of pants that doesn't come close to the fit the sizing indicates. Do not order from them unless you like paying for nothing but aggravation.
I purchased a pair a week ago. Put them on and loved them until the zipper on the left side "extra" pocket split open. I had these on for less than 8 hours and the zipper failed. Emails into customer services have been ignored. Comfortable pants but junk zippers and zero customer service = I'm sending them back (along with two other colors I also ordered). Birddog marketing is irreverent and kind of arrogant. This would be fine if the pants were quality. But to have such marketing for such a low quality product just makes the awful experience that much worse.

I bought two pairs of shorts for my boyfriend on 8/12/2020. Because of COVID, I was understandable that it may take longer than usual to receive the shorts. About 10 days pass and I received a package from bird dogs but there was only 1 pair of shorts that arrived. So just to confirm that the shorts are just being shipped separately, I emailed them on 8/27/2020 and I got an automatic reply back saying they'll get back to me in a few business days. Well... it is now 9/10/2020 and I never received a reply back to my email and I still have not received the second pair of shorts soooo I'm pretty sure they don't have a customer service team at all at this point... the reason why I gave them 2 stars instead of one is only because my boyfriend really likes the first pair of shorts we have received and he finds them very comfy; however, he doesn't have to deal with their customer service so that's the only reason why he likes Birddogs.
So I would say, as long you don't have to deal with their customer service, then I guess you'll be fine with their clothing...

They are a company, but an awfully ran company. I would look elsewhere for shorts.

Yes. I would checkout Chubbies or Lululemon. Both are superior products, and they ship out when they say. And have amazing customer service.

Impossible. Days, weeks will go by if you somehow do receive a response. And if you do receive a response, they are very disrespectful.

Very difficult. I have tried to use the chat function on their website twice with no response. I have emailed them countless times as well with no response. It has been about 2 months. I plan to keep on trying.
